Join Carol Ranoa’s “30 Days to Success Group”

We are kicking off 2010 with a 30 day focus group and you are welcomed to join. For 30 days you will be committing to talking to 3-5 people every day about our business. Our on kick off call, we will talk about who that might be, review how to bring it up to new conversations and how to move it forward to exploration and conclusion. That does not mean closing people into our business but it means working “on purpose” with intention which we’ll also talk about. You must have worked on your JP story (we’ll talk more about this on the first call) and you must have the training (re: Michael Oliver) on effective/reflective listening. So this is not going to everyone, but to those folks who I know have the above skills and want to be part of an exciting 30 days with like-minded people that want to set the foundation for 2010. If you play full-out for these 30 days, I promise that your business will be set to explode this year. So think about it…30 days…is it worth it? I’ll be offering support calls every other day during the 30 days both in the evening (about 6:00 PST) and the mornings (around 9:00 a.m. PST). You’ll be expected to participate in as many of the calls as you can, I know you won’t necessarily be able to be on every one, but I am looking for folks who truly want this kick off and support, and want to be on as many calls as possible.

THANK YOU FOR THE TREMENDOUS RESPONSE WE’VE HAD TO PARTICIPATING IN THIS GROUP.  Word has gotten out beyond our team which is fine, BUT in order to be part of this you have to be competent in the Michael Oliver communication’s skills and be using them, have your stories down pat to the model and be experiencing success in furthering communications every time you meet someone.  This foundation has got to be in place.  These skills will be assumed in all we do.  THEY WILL NOT BE TAUGHT IN THIS GROUP.  This is intended solely for folks who have these skills and are COMMITTED to talking with 3-5 people daily for 30 days.  If this describes you, then by all means I welcome you to join us.  If you do not have these skills under your belt, this will be more frustrating than help.  Instead you will want to take the time to gain these skills (reading the book and personal coaching with your upline who is competent in these skills).

I’ve attached the 30 day plan we’ll be using and I encourage you to do the actual plan along with us with any new distributors you have.  Again, we’re skipping Reading Michael Oliver’s book and developing our stories.  I’m going on the assumption you have that already down.  Other than that, we’re going back to square one, getting back into the trenches doing the activities that will get your business going in the right direction.  Before the first call, please have at least a 50 name memory jogger WITH contact information.  Anyone you have not yet contacted about Juice Plus and/or our business should be on the jogger.  We will be using this for one of our first activities on Monday.

I am excited to be part of this with you.  I think it’s going to really help everyone get back the excitement of the beginning.
